For the proper use of the Rotary Files it is important to choose the most suitable geometry for the type of material to be worked.
CUT 1 ALU: has a special sharpening to work aluminium with no chip removal problems.
STANDARD CUT 3: allows to obtain excellent finishing of the piece and a great removal material. Not having cross-cutting, generates a long chip tends to have vibration especially in heavy machining.
DIAMOND CUT 4: it is excellent for machining of hardened steels. Cancel vibrations and strengthens the cutting edge limiting chipping of tool. The chip is pulverized and not from discomfort to the operator.
DOUBLE CUT 6: it is a good compromise between the Standard cut 3 and Diamond cut 4. It is similar to Diamond cut but costs as the Standard cut. Guarantees excellent cutting finish as cut 3 but  pulverized the chips as the cut 4. Doesn't vibrate and resists chipping.
